犬淋巴癌的治疗：<br><br>TREATMENT<fontcolor="red">Combinationchemotherapyforlymphoma主要就是依靠化疗</font>,whichisatreatmentregimenwherethedogisadministeredtwoormoredrugsonaparticularschedule,isthestandardtherapy.Clinically,themosteffectivetreatmentregimen,calledUW-M,hasresultedinresponserates（tumorregression）ashighas91%forperiodsof6monthsormore.Thisregimenusesacombinationof<fontcolor="red">5drugs结合这5种药（Vincristine,L-Asparaginase,Prednisone,CyclophosphomideandDoxorubicin）,</font>administeredoveranineweekperiod.Ifthisinitialtreatmentscheduleissuccessfulinproducingremissionofthedisease,thenthistreatmentisfollowedbyamaintenancedrugschedule,whichideallycontinuesforupto2years.Single-agenttherapywithDoxorubicinaloneorPrednisonealonealsoproducesremissions,albeitwithshorterdurations,insomedogsandprovidesamoreconvenienttreatmentscheduleforpetowners.Immunotherapywithamonoclonalantibody（Mab231）thatspecificallyrecognizessomecaninelymphomashasbeenusedsuccessfullyfollowingchemotherapyforthepurposeofprolongingdiseaseremission.Conventionalradiationtherapyhasbeenfoundtobeineffectiveagainstlymphoma.However,clinicalstudiesexploringradiationtherapywithbone-marrowtransplantindogsindicatesapossibletherapeuticgainmaybeachievedbycombiningthesetwomethods.<br>PROGNOSIS:Withouttherapy,dogsdiagnosedwithlymphomasuccumbtothediseasewithin4-6weeksfollowingdiagnosis.ThereisstrongevidencetosuggestthatlymphomasdevelopedfromT-lymphocytesaremoreaggressiveandbearapoorerprognosisthanthosedevelopedfromB-lymphocytes.Treatmentproducestumorremissioninapproximately90%ofcases,withdurationofremissionandsurvivaldependentuponthetreatmentregimenused.UseofPrednisonealonehelpstoimprovequalityoflife,however,remissionsarebrief,lastingonlyabout30days.CombiningCyclophosphamidew [1] [2] 下一页
