旋髂深血管蒂骨瓣移植预防先髋术后股骨头坏死 |

【摘要】 目的 探索发育性髋关节脱位术后股骨头坏死的预防措施。方法 对20 例发育性髋关节脱位分为A、B两组，A组常规切开复位加带旋髂深血管蒂骨瓣移植，B组单行常规切开复位。结果 A组病例获1～6年随访，平均3.5年，股骨头坏死2 例，Ficat分期Ⅰ期，A组髋关节功能评定：优6 例，良2 例，差2 例。B组病例获4～14年随访，平均7.8年，股骨头无菌坏死5 例，Ficat分期：ⅡA期1 例、ⅡB期2 例、Ⅲ期2 例，B组髋关节功能评定：优4 例，良1 例，差5 例。结论 带旋髂深血管蒂骨瓣移植能有效预防发育性髋关节脱位术后股骨头坏死，改善关节功能。

Clinical Study of Prevention DDH Postoperation Femoral Head Necrosis with Rotation Iliac Deep Blood Vessel Stalk Osteopastic Flap Transplantation

Abstract：Objective Probe the preventive measure of DDH postoperation femoral head necrosis.Methods 20 cases of growth dislocation of hip joint were separated to A and B group.A group routine open reduction with rotation iliac deep blood vessel stalk osteopastic flap transplantation，B group only routine open reduction.Results A group cases were followed up 1～6 years，average 3～5 years，2 cases were femoral head necrosis，Ficat I stage，hip joint function assess：good 6 cases，well 2 cases，bad 2 cases.B group cases were followed up 4～14 years，average 7～8 years，femoral head sterile necro[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] 下一页
