腓骨内固定加管型石膏外固定治疗复杂Pilon骨折 |

伤后24 h内的非开放性骨折均可早期手术，因为超过24 h后，骨折处出血形成血肿较大，占据了部分软组织的空间，使伤口缝合更困难。这也是我们选择只固定腓骨和下胫腓关节的原因之一。
