手术与非手术治疗Mason 型桡骨小头骨折疗效分析 |

【摘要】 目的 比较研究手术与非手术治疗Mason Ⅱ型桡骨小头骨折的疗效，为临床治疗该类骨折方式的选择提供参考。方法 对55 例Mason Ⅱ型桡骨小头骨折进行治疗回顾，其中28 例手术内固定治疗，27 例非手术治疗。按照Broberg和Morrey的评定标准对两组肘关节进行功能评分［1］。结果 全部病例获得随访，其中手术组28 例，非手术组27 例；随访时间15～46个月，平均23个月。肘关节功能评分：手术组平均为91.2分，极好15 例，好11 例，一般2 例，优良率为92.9％。非手术组平均为82.5分，极好10 例，好11 例，一般6 例，优良率为77.8％。手术治疗组明显优于非手术治疗组(P＜0.01)。结论 手术治疗Mason Ⅱ型桡骨小头骨折在关节活动、肌力和功能恢复方面较非手术治疗有明显优势，建议对此类患者尽量选择手术治疗。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the Mason type Ⅱ radial head fractures treated by operation or conservative method，and provide data for the clinical treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 55 patients with Mason type Ⅱ radial head fractures was done.There were 27 cases treated by non²operation and 28 by operation.Elbow function was assessed adopting Broberg and Monrrey elbow score.Results 57 cases (28 for operation group and 27 for conservative group) were followed，the mean follow²up period was 23 months (12～36 months).The av[1] [2] [3] [4] 下一页
