【摘要】 目的 观察消瘀化痰饮对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)大鼠血清和肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,以探讨消瘀化痰饮治疗NAFLD的作用机制。方法 采用高脂饮食喂饲大鼠复制NAFLD动物模型,实验分组为正常对照组、模型组、消瘀化痰饮高剂量组、消瘀化痰饮低剂量组和东宝甘泰对照组。以高、低剂量消瘀化痰饮和东宝甘泰进行干预,然后测定各组大鼠血清、肝组织中SOD活性及MDA的含量。结果 模型组大鼠血清、肝组织中SOD活性较正常组明显降低(P<0.01);MDA含量均较正常组明显升高(P<0.01)。用药后各治疗组大鼠血清和肝组织中SOD活性明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);MDA含量明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。高、低剂量组在增强SOD活性和降低MDA含量方面的作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 消瘀化痰饮可显著提高大鼠SOD活性,降低MDA含量,能够清除自由基,提高机体抗氧化能力,以达到治疗脂肪肝的目。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoyu Huatan Liquid on the SOD activity and the MDA contents in the serum and hepatic tissue of NAFLD rats and explore the possible role of Xiaoyu Huatan Liquid in the therapy of NAFLD.Methods The model of NAFLD rats was established by feeding high fat forage. Then these rats were divided into normal control group, model group,high dose group, low dose group, and Dong Bao Gan Tai group (control group).Each treatment group was intervened by its own medicine. Then the SOD activity, the MDA contents in the serum and hepatic tissue were measured in all groups.Results The SOD activity in the serum and hepatic tissue of the model group were significantly reduced in comparison with those in the normal control group (P<0.01).The MDA contents in the serum and hepatic tissue of the model group were all higher than those in the normal control group (P<0.01).The SOD activity increased remarkably (P<0.05,P<0.01) and the MDA contents much lower (P<0.05,P<0.01) in the serum and hepatic tissue of each treatment group.The effect of increasing SOD activity and reducin
