结核灵辅助治疗复治菌阳肺结核疗效观察

【摘要】  　　目的 观察结核灵辅助治疗复治菌阳肺结核的临床疗效。方法 将140例复治菌阳肺结核患者随机分为2组，治疗组70例，在采用常规抗结核药治疗的同时，配合结核灵进行治疗；对照组70例，单纯予常规抗结核药治疗。观察病灶吸收、空洞关闭、痰菌阴转及临床症状改善等情况。结果 治疗组和对照组在强化期痰菌阴转率分别为82.86%和67.14%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2组强化期病灶吸收及空洞闭合情况比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 结核灵疗效确切，可明显缩短排菌时间，快速提高痰菌阴转率，促进病灶吸收，有较高的临床推广价值。

　　【Abstract】  Objective  To observe the effect of combination of Jieheling and phthisical on retreated positive bacteria pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods  140 patients with retreated positive bacteria pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=70) were treated by routine antituberculotic. Patients in treatment group (n=70) were treated by combination of Jieheling and phthisical. The changes of lesions absorption, cavitates closure, bacterium of phlegm negative transform and clinical symptoms were observed in two groups.ResultsSputum negative conversion rate of intensive treatment period in treatment group (82.86%) was higher than that in control group (67.14%,P<0.05).There were significant differences between two groups on lesions absorption and cavitates closure intensive treatment period.Conclusion  Jieheling can shorten time of existence of bacteria, raise sputum negative conversion rate, improve lesions absorption and has definite effect on tuberculosis.
