电针刺激视觉相关穴位光明穴的脑BOLDfMRI研究 |

位引起视觉皮层的激活现象,提出针刺可能调整了与视觉有关的脑区功能。与电针刺激假穴的结果相比较,电针刺激真穴所激活的脑区更加广泛而显著,真穴与假穴虽属同一神经阶段支配,但其针刺的效应和激活的脑区都有很大差别,这说明电针刺激真穴与假穴所引发的效应的神经机制不同。 我们也注意到,电针刺激真穴不仅激活了视觉脑区,同时还激活了其他脑区。这说明针刺穴位的神经机制不是穴位与中枢神经简单的对应关系,而是有广泛神经系统参与的复杂过程,其具体过程尚待更多学者大量深入的研究来揭示。 【参考文献】 [1]Ogawa S, Lee TM,Kay AR, et a1.Brain magnetic resonance imaging with contrast dependent on blood oxygenation[J].
