脑损伤大鼠胫骨骨痂中降钙素基因相关肽的改变 |

cal staining.Results Concentration of ALP in serum of brain injury group were significantly higher than those in tibial fracture group at 3 d and 7 d (P<0.01).The area of callus in brain injury group was larger than in tibial fracture group at 14 d and 21 d.There were a quantity of fibrous callus and cartilaginous callus formation and more CGRP immunoreactive nerve fibers in callus at early stage after brain injury.Strong immunoreactivity of CGRP was found in osteofenitor cells,chondroblasts,which proliferated in thickened endoperiosteal and amidst callus at 3 d and 7 d in brain injury group.The tibial fracture recovers rapidly and CGRP in the callus expresses highly after brain injury.Conclusion CGRP have significant effect on bone fracture healing,the expression of CGRP showed different expression in different period of fracture healing,CGRP increase in callous with brain injured rats.this fact indicated that CGRP were involved in fracture healing.
