两种钢板固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效对比 |

【摘要】 目的 比较肱骨近端锁定钢板与三叶草钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法 回顾性分析比较肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折与三叶草钢板治疗的效果。结果 锁定钢板治疗组的疗效明显优于三叶草钢板组，锁定钢板的优良率88％，三叶草钢板的优良率77％。结论 肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折是一种优异的方法。

Surgical Treatment of Proximal Humeral Fracture

Abstract：Objective To study comparatively the therapy of the proximal humeral fracture.Methods Retrospectively analyzed and compared the outcome of the proximal humeral fracture by the locking proximal humerus plate and cloverleaf plate.Results Therapeutic outcome of the locking proximal hunerus plate were obviously better than the cloverleaf plate，the good rate was 88％，P＜0.05.Conclusion The treatment of locking proximal humerus pate is an perfect method.

肱骨近端骨折是指肱骨外科颈以远1～2 cm至肱骨头关节面之间的骨折，包括肱骨头、大结节、小结节、肱骨干近端等结构的骨折，以中老年多见，其发生率约占全身骨折的4％～6％［1］。肱骨近端骨折大多数可采用非手术治疗，但当骨折移位明显或骨折不稳定时常用手术方法治疗。自2003年我院采用三叶草钢板及AO肱骨近端锁定接骨板(locking proximal humeral plate，LPHP)治疗肱骨近端骨折22 例，取得良好的疗效。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 2003年至2006年间共收治22 例肱骨近端骨折患者。损伤原因：车祸17 例，摔伤5 例。三叶草钢板固定[1] [2] [3] 下一页
