AQP1在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达和意义 |

ly expressed in the endothelium of microvessels and small vessels in all cases；AQP 1 protein is mainly localized in the most GCT′s rumorcells.b)The Mean Density(MD)by autoimage analysis in GCT was also significantly higher than control groups(P＜0.01)，the data indicates that the expression level of AQP 1 in GCT was higher than that in control groups.c)The expression level in grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅲ of GCT was significantly different(P＜0.01)，but the expression level in other grades was not different (P＞0.05).Conclusion The AQP 1 expression level in GCT was remarkably stronger，signify the role of AQP l in GCT′s biological behaviour，moreover the expression level in grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅲ of GCT was significantly different explains AQP 1 may have the role in differenting grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅲ of GCT.

骨巨细胞瘤(giant cell tumor of bone，GCT)是一种介于良恶性之间的常见骨肿瘤。瘤组织以单核基质细胞及多核巨细胞为主要结构。骨巨细胞瘤根据Jaffe分级可分为Ⅰ～Ⅲ级，但是发现肿瘤的生物学行为、良恶性并不完全与病理分级一致。研究表明水通道蛋白(aquaporin 1，AQP1)在多种组织的肿瘤微小血管和/或部分肿瘤细胞中高表达，提示AQP1可能参与肿瘤血管的生成。另有研究表明，AQP1基因的多样性本身就可引起肿瘤，初步证实了AQP1的致癌性。现在AQP1在肿瘤中的作用尚未完全确定，笔者尚未见国内外有关AQP1在骨巨细胞瘤中的研究报道。本文旨在研究骨巨细胞瘤组和对照组中AQP1的分布和表达差别，并确定骨巨细胞瘤各级中AQP1的表达差别，从而探索其在骨巨细胞瘤中的意义。
