自体骨髓浓缩干细胞治疗股骨颈骨析 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨自体骨髓浓缩干细胞在股骨颈骨折中的成骨作用。方法 在加压螺纹钉固定股骨颈骨折的基础上，取骼嵴骨髓血进行分离浓缩，获得的浓缩干细胞注射到骨折处。结果 63 例股骨颈骨折57 例得到随防，骨折均愈合，有2 例出现股骨头坏死。结论 骨髓浓缩干细胞有明显的促进骨折愈合作用。骨折类型、复位效果对股骨头坏死影响较大。该方法简单、易操作，有推广价值。

The Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture by Concentrates Stem Cells from the Body Marrow

Abstract：Objective To discuss the treatment of femoral neck fracture by concentrates stem cellsfrom the body marrow.Methods After thread compression nails fixed femoral neck fracture， the iliac crest marrow blood was taken to carry on the separation concentration，The concentration stem cells was injected to fracture place.Results 57 cases of 63 femoral neck fracture were followedup.2 cases of femoral head avascular necrosis occured.Conclusion Bone marrow concentrates stem cells boost bone union obviously.Femoral head avascular necrosis were related to fracture type，replacement effect.This method is simple，easy to handle and is worthy to ex[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] 下一页
