简述祛瘀通络解毒辅助治疗活动期类风湿关节炎 |

【摘要】 目的：观察祛瘀通络解毒方治疗活动期类风湿关节炎疗效。方法：对照组40例予服强的松、甲氨喋呤等药物，治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用祛瘀通络解毒方(当归、鸡血藤、威灵仙、防己、防风、川牛膝、蜈蚣、全蝎、白花蛇舌草、制乳香、制没药、丹皮、赤芍)，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组病变关节疼痛指数、肿胀指数、关节活动指数均有明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论：在西医常规治疗的基础上加用祛瘀通络解毒方治疗活动期类风湿关节炎有较好的疗效。

Clinical Study on the Effect of Quyutongluojiedu Adjuvant Therapy on Rheumatoid Arthritis at the Active Stage DENG Bo.Zhongshan Hospital of Chinese Medicine,Zhongshan(528400),China
Abstract Objective:To observe the clinical effect of quyutongluojiedu adjuvant therapy on rheumatoid arthritis at the active stage.Methods:Forty patients of rheumatoid arthritis at the active stage who were treated with prednisone and methotrexate served as control.Another 40 patients received quyutongluojiedu adjuvant therapy in addition to prednisone and methotrexate.Clinical outcomes of both groups were compared.Results:The numbers of painful joints and swelling joints were markedly reduced and the number of normal function joints was increased in the adjuvant therapy group (P<0.01 or P<0.05) and the outcomes were better compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adjuvant therapy of quyutongluojiedu in addition to conventional western medicine has better effect on rheumatoid arthritis.
