浅议桂枝芍药知母汤治疗类风湿关节炎 |

【摘要】 目的：观察桂枝芍药知母汤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将66例类风湿关节炎患者按就诊顺序分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组33例给予桂枝芍药知母汤治疗，对照组33例给予来氟米特治疗。分别观察治疗前后临床症状、体征以及理化检查结果的变化。结果：总有效率治疗组为97.0%，对照组为87.9%，治疗组关节压痛、关节肿胀数及晨僵时间等指标改善优于对照组。结论：桂枝芍药知母汤治疗类风湿关节炎具有较好疗效。

Clinical Study on the Effect of Guizhishaoyaozhimu Tang on Rheumatoid Arthritis WANG Cheng.Xinjiang Medical University,Xinjiang(830054),China
Abstract Objective:To observe the clinical effect of guizhishaoyaozhimu tang on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Sixtysix patients of rheumatoid arthritis at the active stage were randomly divided into therapeutic group(n=33) and control group(n=33).The therapeutic group was treated with guizhishaoyaozhimu tang,while the control group was treated with leflunomide.Clinical symptoms were observed and physical and biochemical tests were carried out before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 97.0% of the therapeutic group and 87.9% of the control group.The joint pain under press,the joint swelling and the time of morning stiffness in the therapeutic group were improved more than that in the control group.Conclusion:Guizhishaoyaozhimu tang has good effect on rheumatoid arthritis.
