红袍胃安主要药效学的拆方研究 |

Knuth, Pericarpium citri reticulatae, Atractylodes lancea, Glycyrrhiza) one had weaker effect; the 5th(original prescription) had the tendency of increasing acidity,the7th(Da Hongpao,Atractylodes macrocephala,Rhizoma corydalis,Geranium strictipes R.Knuth,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Atractylodes lancea)and the 8th(Da Hongpao , Atractylodes macrocephala, Glycyrrhiza) had the tendency of decreasing activity of gastric protease; The 2nd,5th(original prescription) and 6th(Da Hongpao,Atractylodes macrocephala,Cortex magnoliae officinalis,Valeriana jatamansi) could speed up phenol-red emptying rate in rats as well as Xiangshapingwei group, the 3rd,7th,9th,10th and 11th prescription had opposite effects ;the 5th,6th prescription can obviously speed up intestine propulsion ,which was correspond to positive control group. ConclusionPharmacological effects of the 6th prescription is most up to its original one. Key words:Hongpao Weian; Prescription dismantlement study; Pharmacology 本方经前期研究的实验结果表明:红袍胃安能增强胃肠运动,解除胃肠痉挛,显著抑制胃液分泌,降低胃液中总酸排出量,有增强胃蛋白酶活性的趋势[1];还能显著增加胃壁粘液量和胃游离粘液量,而对胃粘膜血流量影响不明显[2],但能延长小鼠凝血时间,显著增强小鼠的单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能,增加免疫器官重量及抗炎、镇痛、镇静等药理作用[3]。为其具有健脾燥湿,行气止痛之功效提供了实验依据。但由于时间经费的限制,还存在服用量大,全方药味较多,不利于制剂及质量控制,不适宜大生产及进一步的研发,因此,拟进行进一步的拆方研究,分析筛选有效药物,精减处方以利于进一步的研发。现报道如下。 1 材料与仪器 1.1 药物均购自云南省药材公司。经鉴定为:大红袍为豆科杭子梢属植物毛杭子梢Campylotropis hirtella(Fr.)Schindl.的根;隔山消为牻牛儿苗科植物紫地榆Geranium strictipes R.Kunth的根;马蹄香为败酱科植物心叶缬草Valeriana jatamansii Jones的根茎。白术、苍术等其他药材均符合药典要求。 1.2 动物SD大鼠,体重200~270 g,雌雄兼用,动物合格证号:200604;KM小鼠,体重18~22 g,雌雄兼用,动物合格证号:20060404,均由昆明医学院实验动物中心提供。 1.3 试剂均为市售合格试剂。 1.4 仪器 TGL-20M台式高速冷冻离心机(长沙天创仪器制造有限公司);PB-10型PH计(北京赛多利斯仪器系统有限公司);UV-2450型分光光度计(日本岛津);PL403型电子天平(上海梅特勒-托利多仪器有限公司)。 2 方法 2.1 拆方分析按照正交设计法及方药组成君、臣、佐、使拆方组成12个组〔L8(27)表一阶交互考虑,1/2实施比例〕,即:方1: 君药(大红袍+白术);方2: 臣药(厚朴+马蹄香);方3: 佐药(延胡索+隔山消+陈皮+苍术);方 上一页 [1] [2] [3] [4] 下一页 上一个医学论文: 茄根茎中有效成分芦丁的再利用研究 下一个医学论文: 复方雷公藤制剂治疗类风湿关节炎的系统评价
