超声血管造影在周围血管闭塞性疾病治疗中的应用价值 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨根据血管扫描检查结果制定周围血管闭塞性疾病患者治疗方案的临
床价值。方法 全组55例患者根据血管扫描频移比率，30例患者行保守治疗；5例患者行经
皮血管腔内成形术(PTA)治疗全部成功；20例患者接受血管旁路移植手术，其中11例仅根据
血管扫描结果制定了血管旁路移植手术方式。结果根据血管造影、PTA及手术中所见证实，
血管扫描的准确性为92％(23／25)。结论 血管扫描对决定血管造影及PTA穿刺入路具有重
要的参考意义在部分病例可以代替血管旁路移植手术前的常规血管造影，并且具有检查省时
、费用低廉、图像直观、定位准确等特点，对决定周围血管闭塞性疾病的治疗方案及血管旁
路移植手术方式具有重要的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To study quickscan (QS) in different therapeutic decision-making in 55
patients with peripheral occlusive vascular diseases.Methods Based on QS results, 30 patients were
treated conservatively.The disease progress and therapeutic effects were assessed by QS in every
three months. Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty was performed successfully in 5 patients without
prior diagnostic angiography.20 patients were scheduled for surgery.Operation of eleven patients was
guided by information obtained from QS findings only, which was confirmed during operation.
Angiography was necessary in 9 patients except one to formulate a therapeutic strategy.Results The
accuracy of QS was 92％(23／25).Conclusion QS is of value in deciding the access route of
angiography and PTA, and can replace preoperative angiography.Quickscan is time-saving,
inexpensive, objective and accurate. It can be used in therapeutic decision making in peripheral occlusive
vascular diseases and bypass grafting.
