人工关节假体感染动物模型的建立 |

【摘要】目的建立更近临床的模拟人工关节感染的动物模型。方法以健康成年SD大鼠为研究对象,在膝关节内置入的假体表面种植不同剂量的表皮葡萄球菌,通过细菌培养以确定能导致假体感染的稳定细菌剂量。结果在膝关节内置入假体后,发现致感染的细菌剂量明显小于无假体者,而且置入假体后,能产生细胞外多粘质物质(extracellular slime substance,ESS)的表皮葡萄球菌SL-76亚型致感染的作用,明显强于不能产生ESS的表皮葡萄球菌G2亚型。结论在金属假体置入关节后,选用1×104cfu表皮葡萄球菌SL-76就可建立假体感染的动物模型,其重复性强,所取得的标本可用于实验研究。 【关键词】人工关节假体相关感染疾病模型,动物
Establishment of an Animal Model of Infected Prosthesis

【Abstract】Objective To establish an animal model of a close similarity with the clinical situation to study the prosthesis-related infection.Methods Healthy adult SD rats were used in this experiment.Staphylococcus epidermidis was inoculated on the surface of the prosthesis planted in the knee joint after disappearance of acute immune reaction.The bacterial dose leading to infection of the prosthesis was studied.Results The dose of bacteria leading to infection of the prosthesis group was less than that of the group without the prosthesis,and the dose of staphylococcus epidermidis SL-76 producing extracellular slime substance(ESS)leading to prosthesis related infection was also less than th at of staphylococcus epidermidis G2 without ESS.Conclusion A reproducible animal model of民prosthesis related infection could be established with staphylococcus epidermidis SL-761×104 cfu inoculated on the surface of prosthesis planted in the joint of SD rat,and the sample obtained from the model could be used in experimental research. 【Key words】Joint prosthesis Prosthesis-related infections Disease models,animal
