左旋咪唑对氯胺酮麻醉家兔红细胞免疫功能的影响 |

【摘要】 目的 研究氯胺酮麻醉对机体红细胞免疫功能的影响及左旋咪唑对其免疫功能的作用。方法 16只家兔随机分成两组,对照组(组1)和左旋咪唑组(组2)。所有家兔肌肉注射氯胺酮24mg.kg-1麻醉,组2同时肌肉注射左旋咪唑5mg.kg-1。注药后15分钟折断左臂骨以造成创伤应激反应。分别于注药前、注药后5小时、1天、2天、3天、4天取静脉血,通过测定RBC-C3b受体酵母菌花环形成率和RBC-IC酵母菌花环形成率评价红细胞免疫粘附功能。结果 氯胺酮麻醉后组1 RBC-C3b受体酵母菌花环形成率在各时相均下降(P<0.01),注药后第1天降至最低为(3.79±0.27)%;组2仅在注药后第1天明显降低为(6.56±1.57)%(P<0.05);两组在各同一时相相比,组2均较组1升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。RBC-IC酵母菌花环形成率组1在注药后5小时明显增高(P<0.01),而组2在各时相无变化。结论 家兔氯胺酮麻醉后红细胞免疫功能明显降低,左旋咪唑可明显改善家兔氯胺酮麻醉后红细胞免疫粘附功能。 【关键词】 红细胞 免疫性 氯胺酮 左旋咪唑
Effects of levamisole on the erythrocyte immunity of rabbit after ketamine anesthesia

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of erythrocyte immunity following ketamine anesthesia and the effect of levamisole on the immunity.Methods Sixteen rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:control group(group 1)and levamisole group(group 2).Ketamine 24mg.kg-1 was injected intramuscularly in all rabbits,simutanously levamisole 5mg.kg-1 was injected intramuscularly in group 2.Left brachial bones of all rabbits were fractured completely 15 min after the administration as to make a stress responses.Venous blood samples were taken before injection at the 5th h,on the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th day after injection,to measure the rosette rate of RBC-C3b receptor and the rosette rate of RBC-IC.Results Following ketamine administration the rosette rate of RBC-C3b receptor was decreased obviously and on the 1st day was the lowest(3.79±0.27)% in group 1.In group 2 the rosette rate of RBC-C3b receptor was decreased to (6.56±1.57)% only on the 1st after the injection(P<0.05).The rosette rate of RBC-C3b receptor in group 2 was significantly higher than that in group 1 (P<0.05 or 0.01).The rosette rate of RBC-IC receptor was increased obviously 5h after the injection in group 1,but[1] [2] 下一页 上一个医学论文: 一氧化氮对肺泡巨噬细胞致炎效应的调节作用 下一个医学论文: 布洛芬对创伤小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响
