直流电场促进脊髓再生的实验研究 |

【摘要】目的 通过开展直流电场促进脊髓再生的实验研究,以证实其疗效并为临床提供依据。方法 32只中国家犬随机分成4组,用Allen WD法致脊髓完全损伤,立即置入电刺激器。电刺激器由小型高容量电池(12V、6V)、电阻、纯银丝、医用人体硅胶管等构成。A组为对照组,B组12V电刺激组,C组6V电刺激组,D组为脊髓损伤后6小时置入12V电刺激组。观察各组伤后1、2、3个月神经功能、皮层体感诱发电位、神经元数量、神经元截面积和尼氏体密度恢复情况。结果 电刺激组上述各项指标均优于同时期对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),特别是神经功能,能早期、更好的恢复。伤后1个月,B组即能行走,C、D组可站起。此外,B组优于D组,差异有显著性意义。结论 直流电场确能有效地促进脊髓再生,但伤后6小时置入电刺激器的疗效比伤后立即置入电刺激器的疗效为差。 【关键词】电刺激 脊髓 引导组织再生
Experimental Study of Using Direct Current Electric Field to Promote Spinal Cord Regeneration

【Abstract】 Objective To confirm the effectiveness of using direct current electric field to promote spinal cord regeneration. Methods 32 Chinese dogs were randomly divided into four groups. After the complete spinal cord injury models were produced by Allen WD method, the electric stimulators were applied immediately. The stimulator consisted of a miniature high capacity battery (12V, 6V), resistance, pure silver wire, and silicon catheter. Group A served as normal controls (0V), group B had 12V electric stimulator and group C 6V . Although group D had 12V , the stimulator was implanted into the body 6 hours after spinal cord injury. The nerve function, cortical somatosensory evoked potential and three kinds of morphometric changes i.e. the number of neurons, the cross section area of the neurons and the recovery of the density of the Nissl’s bodies, were observed at 1 to 3 months after injury. Results All the above mentioned indexes in the electrical stimulated groups were much better than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P< 0.01). Especially, the neurological function recovery was much more rapid and better. At 1 month after striking, group A dogs still had complete paraplegia, but group B could walk steadily, and group C, D could stand.
