酸性强化戊二醛杀菌效果与腐蚀性检测 |

提要 酸性强化戊二醛为含2%戊二醛、0.25%聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚的复方消毒剂。悬液定量杀菌试验表明,以其原液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用3 h,以其含210 mgL戊二醛稀释液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用3 min,杀灭率均达100%。菌悬液含10%小牛血清对其杀菌效果基本无影响。其原液对铝有轻度腐蚀,对不锈钢和碳钢基本无腐蚀。 关键词 酸性强化戊二醛 杀芽胞剂 枯草杆菌黑色变种 大肠杆菌 金黄色葡萄球菌 腐蚀性
EXAMINATION OF BACTERICIDAL EFFICACY AND CORROSIVENESS OF ACID POTENTIATED GLUTARALDEHYDE

Abstract
Acid potentiated glutaraldehyde is a compound disinfectant containing 2% glutaraldehyde and 0.25% polyoxyethylene aliphatic alcohol ether. The suspension quantitative bactericidal test indicated that the killing rates of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to its stock solution for 3 hr and Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to its dilute solution containing 210 mgL glutaraldehyde for 3 min attained 100%. Presence of 10% calf serum in the bacterial suspension did not influence essentially its bactericidal efficacy. Its stock solution was slightly corrosive to aluminum and essentially not corrosive to stainless steel and carbon steel. 酸性强化戊二醛为含2%戊二醛、0.25%聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚的复方消毒 剂[1]。在实验室对其杀菌效果及对金属腐蚀性进行了试验观察。现报道结果如下。
1 方法
1.1 中和剂选择试验 试验菌为枯草杆菌黑色变种(ATCC 9372)芽胞和金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)。试验设6组(表1)。试验结果,当第6组不长菌,第3、4、5组组间菌数相差不超过10%,第1组不长菌或菌数远少于第2组,第2组菌数超过100 cfuml时,表明所用中和剂及其浓度适宜[2]。 1.2 悬液定量杀菌试验 试验菌为枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞、金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌(8099)。试验时,将0.5 ml菌悬液与4.5 ml消毒液(阳性对照为无菌蒸馏水)混匀。作用至预定时间,取0.5 ml菌药混合液,加入到4.5 ml中和剂中,混匀。中和作用10 min,取该液(或其稀释液)0.5 ml接种平皿,倾注普通营养琼脂并混匀。置37℃培养24 h,计数菌落数,计算杀灭率。 观察有机物影响时,向菌悬液中加小牛血清。 1.3 对金属腐蚀试验 将不锈钢、碳钢、铝等制成边长20.0 mm、厚2.0 mm(精确至0.1 mm)金属片,各3片。试验时,按每片200 ml取消毒剂原液浸泡72 h。于浸泡前、后分别称金崐属片质量,取3片平均值计算腐蚀速率(R)[3]。
