灭菌灵消毒剂性能的试验观察 |

提要 灭菌灵消毒剂为含二氯异氰尿酸钠、三聚磷酸钠的含氯复方消毒剂。悬液定量杀菌试验表明,对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌用其100 mgL有效氯溶液,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞用其1000 mgL有效氯溶液,作用15 min的杀灭率均达100%。以其50 mgL有效氯溶液擦实验台面后作用10 min,对自然菌灭除率为99.42%。其250 mgL有效氯溶液崐浸泡染HBsAg不锈钢片20 min,可将HBsAg抗原性破坏。该消毒剂放置54℃14 d,有效氯下降率为4.51%。其溶液对小白鼠经口LD50为3.69 gkg。 关键词 灭菌灵消毒剂 二氯异氰尿酸钠 三聚磷酸钠 杀芽胞作用 枯草杆菌黑色变种 金黄色葡萄球菌 HBsAg 稳定性 毒性
EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON PERFORMANCE OF MIE-JUN-LING DISINFECTANT

Abstract
Mie-Jun-Ling Disinfectant is a chlorine-containing compound disinfectant containing sodium dichloroisocyanurate and sodium tripolyphosphate. Suspension quantitative bactericidal test indicated that the killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to its solution containing 100 mgL available chlorine for 15 min and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to its solution containing 1000 mgL available chlorine for 15 min attained 100%. Wiping the surface of experiment table with its solution containing 50 mgL available chlorine followed by a 10 min contact time could kill 99.42% of the natural bacteria. Immersing stainless steel coupon carrying HBsAg in its solution containing 250 mgL available chlorine for 20 min could destroy antigenicity of HBsAg. The available chlorine content of the disinfectant decreased by 4.51% after storing at 54℃ for 14 days. The oral LD50of its solution was 3.69 gkg in mice. 灭菌灵消毒剂是由二氯异氰尿酸钠、三聚磷酸钠组成的含氯复方消毒剂。在实验室对其杀灭微生物效果、稳定性与毒性进行了试验观察。现将结果报告如下。
1 方法
