爽露消毒液杀灭细菌芽胞效果与腐蚀性检测 |

提要 爽露消毒液为含次氯酸钠、亚氯酸钠的复方消毒剂。经载体定量杀菌试验检测,在18~22℃,以其1000 mgL有效氯溶液作用40 min,对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率达100%。对有25%~50%小牛血清保护的芽胞作用80 min才能达到。该消毒液存放54℃14 d,有效氯含量下降率为9.85%。其2 000 mgL有效氯溶液除对铜有轻度腐蚀外,对不锈钢、碳钢与铝基本无腐蚀。 关键词 爽露消毒液 含氯复方消毒剂 杀芽胞作用 枯草杆菌黑色变种 稳定性 腐蚀性
EXAMINATION OF SPORICIDAL EFFICACY AND CORROSIVENESS OF SHUANG-LU DISINFECTANT LIQUID

Abstract
Shuang-Lu Disinfectant Liquid is a compound disinfectant containing sodium hypochlorite and sodium chlorite. Carrier quantitative bactericidal test indicated that the killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strip exposed to its solution containing 1000 mgL available chlorine for 40 min at 18~22℃ attained 100%, while for the spores protected by 25% calf serum, such killing rate could be attained only after exposure for 80 min. The available chlorine content of the disinfectant decreased by 9.85% after storing at 54℃ for 14 days. Its solution containing 2000 mgL available chlorine was slightly corrosive to copper, but essentially not corrosive to stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum. 爽露消毒液为含次氯酸钠、亚氯酸钠的复方消毒剂。在实验室对其杀菌效果、稳定性和腐蚀性进行了试验观察。现将结果报告如下。
1 方法
1.1 中和剂选择试验 试验菌为枯草杆菌黑色变种(ATCC 9372)芽胞。试验时,用含1%蛋白胨的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)稀释成所需浓度菌悬液。取菌悬液滴染于脱脂白平纹布片(1.0 cm×1.0 cm)上,制成菌片。试验设8组(表1)。试验结果,当第6、7、8组不长菌,第3、4、5组组间菌数相差不超过10%,第1组不长菌或长菌量远低于第2组,第2组长菌量超过50 cfu片时,为所选中和剂及其浓度适宜[1,2]。 1.2 杀菌试验 按1片菌片用5.0 ml量将消毒液(阳性对照为PBS)加入无菌平皿内。预温5 min,再将上述菌片加入平皿内。作用一定时间,取出菌片,加入装有5.0 ml中和剂的试管内。中和作用10 min,敲打试管以洗脱菌片上菌。取洗脱液0.5 ml用普通营养琼脂倾注法作活菌计数(37℃培养72 h观察结果),计算杀灭率。 观察有机物影响时,用加有小牛血[1] [2] 下一页 上一个医学论文: 碘化钾与过氧化氢协同杀菌作用的试验观察 下一个医学论文: 灭菌灵消毒剂性能的试验观察
