摘 要：目的：探讨膀胱灌注10-羟基喜树碱(10-HCPT)预防肿瘤复发的临床疗效。方法：对26例膀胱肿瘤患者在施行膀胱部分切除术或经尿道膀胱肿瘤电气化术后作10-HCPT 10 mg加生理盐水20 ml膀胱灌注治疗。结果：所有患者均获16～57个月随访，平均34.7个月，24例无肿瘤复发；2例于2年后肿瘤复发。结论：膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注10-HCPT治疗效果可靠，副作用微小，无全身性化疗反应发生。

Postoperative intravesical installition of 10-Hydroxyl Camptothecine for superficial bladder tumor: clinical results of prophylactic effects on the reccurrence

Abstract：Purpose: To investigate the clinical results of prophylactic effects on the reccurrence of bladder tumor with intravesical installition of 10-Hydroxyl Camptothecine. Methods: Postoperative intravesical installition of 10-Hydroxyl Camptothecine for superficial bladder tumor were conducted for 26 cases and the clinical results of prophylactic effects on the reccurrence were observed. Results: The duration of following Up was 16～57 months, on average 34.69 months. There was no tumor relapse in 2 years after operation, however,2 patients had tumor relapse in bladder after 2 years of operation.Conclusions: Postoperative intravesical installition of 10-Hydroxyl Camptothecine for superficial bladder tumor has good prophylactic effects on the reccurrence without heavy side effects.

自1994年1月～1997年7月，我院采用10-羟基喜树碱(10-HCPT)作术后膀胱灌注预防膀胱肿瘤复发26例，经随访，疗效满意，现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 临床资料
本组26例，男21例，女5例，年龄16～76岁，平均60.96岁。膀胱单发性肿瘤16例，多发性肿瘤10例。病理检查诊断为乳头状瘤5例，移行上皮细胞癌19例(1期4例，2期13例，3期2例)，粘液腺癌2期1例，低分化腺癌3期1例，其中前列腺癌伴膀胱壁浸润转移1例。临床分期：Ta期5例，T1期4例，T2期14例，T3期2例，T4期1例。
1.2 治疗方法
施行膀胱部分切除术21例，经尿道膀胱肿瘤电气化术5例。手术结束前用10-HCPT 40 mg加生理盐水40 ml冲洗膀胱。术后1周起用10-HCPT 10 mg加生理盐水20 ml经导尿管作膀胱灌注，药物保留至有尿意后再排出。先每周1次，共6次；6周后再每2周1次，共6次；18周[1] [2] 下一页
