二氧化氯溶液杀灭微生物效果与腐蚀性试验观察 |

提要 试验用二氧化氯溶液是将含亚氯酸钠、碳酸氢钠水溶液与柠檬酸(活化剂)溶液按1∶1混匀而形成,含2.05%二氧化氯。以悬液试验观察其杀灭微生物效果。含二氧化氯200 mg/L溶液,作用15 min可将HBsAg抗原性完全破坏,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用20 min,或以含二氧化氯40 mg/L溶液对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌作用10 min,杀灭率均达100%。其杀菌效果随二氧化氯浓度增加、作用时间延长而增强,随有机物浓度增加而减弱。该液对金属有中度至重度腐蚀。其二元型包装存放54℃下14 d,二氧化氯含量下降率为5.74%。 关键词 二氧化氯溶液 杀芽胞剂 枯草杆菌黑色变种 HBsAg 大肠杆菌 金黄色葡萄球菌 腐蚀性 稳定性
EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY AND CORROSIVENESS OF CHLORINE DIOXIDE SOLUTION

Abstract
The chlorine dioxide solution used in the test was prepared by mixing water solution containing sodium chlorite and sodium bicarbonate with citric acid solution (activator) at a ratio of 1∶1 and contained 2.05% chlorine dioxide. Its germicidal efficacy was observed using suspension test. A solution containing chlorine dioxide 200 mg/L with a 15 min contact time could fully destroy HBsAg antigenicity. The killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to the same solution for 20 min or Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to a solution containing chlorine dioxide 40 mg/L for 10 min attained 100%. Its germicidal efficacy increased with increasing chlorine dioxide concentration and prolonging exposure time and decreased with increasing concentration of organic substances. Its solution was moderately to severely corrosive to metals. The chlorine dioxide content of it in binary packing decreased by 5.74% after storing at 54℃ for 14 days. 1 方法
