二氧化氯两种剂型的性能比较 |

提要 采用平行试验,对液体与固体剂型稳定态二氧化氯消毒应用液的性能进行了比较。结果,作用7 min对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭率达100%的二氧化氯浓度,两者分别为130 mg/L与200 mg/L。将液体、固体原剂置54℃下存放2周,二氧化氯下降率分别为3.5%与5.5%。以两者含二氧化氯500 mg/L溶液分别浸泡金属片72 h,液体剂配制液对不锈钢、碳钢、铝与铜的腐蚀速率分别为0.013、0.263、0.986、1.067 mm/a,固体剂者分别为0.012、0.910、0.170、0.012 mm/a。 关键词 二氧化氯 剂型 稳定性 腐蚀性 杀芽胞作用 枯草杆菌黑色变种
COMPARISON OF PERFORMANCE BETWEEN TWO FORMULATIONS OF CHLORINE DIOXIDE

Abstract
Parallel test was used to compare the performance between the liquid and the solid formulations of steady-state chlorine dioxide disinfection applied solution. The results indicated that the chlorine dioxide concentrations of these 2 formulations killing 100% of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in 7 min were 130 mg/L and 200 mg/L respectively. The chlorine dioxide content in liquid and solid original formulations decreased by 3.5% and 5.5% respectively after storing at 54℃ for 2 weeks. When the solutions of these 2 formulations containing chlorine dioxide 500 mg/L were used to immerse metal coupons for 72 h, the corrosion rates of stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and copper immersed in liquid formulation solution were 0.013, 0.263, 0.986 and 1.067 mm/a respectively, while those in solid formulation solution were 0.012, 0.910, 0.170 and 0.012 mm/a respectively. 市售有液体剂型与固体剂型的稳定态二氧化氯消毒剂。取来自上海的2种剂型二氧化氯。两者制备气体二氧化氯工艺相似,一溶于水中制成低浓度稳定性二氧化氯溶液;一对上述稳定性二氧化氯溶液采取不同稳定措施,分别浓缩成中浓度、高浓度至超高浓度溶液,在特定的稳定条件下脱水固化成粉剂并压制成泡腾速溶片剂。两者水溶液紫外与红外光谱特征吸收峰均在355.0 nm与1093.5 cm处,与标准二氧化氯水溶液者在355.0 nm与1092.9 cm[1]相似。对两者进行了性能对比试验观察。现将结果报告如下。
