经过泌尿外科界多年不懈的努力,腹腔镜下膀胱全切除-下尿路重建术已经被广泛接受。目前争论的焦点是如何改进技术以缩短手术时间、提高肿瘤疗效、减少并发症。相信随着手术技术的不断提高、经验的积累，该术式将进一步完善，从而得到更广泛的应用。
