伤害控制策略在严重多发伤并多发骨折治疗中的应用 |

【摘要】 目的 总结严重多发伤合并多发性骨折病人的救治和应用伤害控制策略的治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析2003年1月至2007年1月创伤严重度评分(injury severity score，ISS)大于25分的23 例严重多发伤合并多发性骨折的病人应用伤害控制策略进行救治，并观察围手术期并发症、死亡率及骨折愈合情况，尤其是肢体和关节功能恢复情况。结果 除1 例右下肢严重毁损伤急诊清创骨牵引保肢术后3个月因骨缺损感染骨髓炎而作大腿截肢外，全部病例骨折愈合，未出现严重并发症，无围手术期死亡病例，肢体功能恢复满意。结论 对严重多发伤合并多发性骨折的病人应用伤害控制策略治疗，效果满意。

The Application of Injury Control in Curing the Patients with Multiple Injury Complicated Multiple Fracture

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of injury control methods in curing the patients with multiple injury complicating multiple fracture.Methods This was a retrospective study，23 cases with multiple injury complicating multiple fracture were cured by injury control methods from January 2003 to January 2007，whose injury severity score(ISS) larger than 25.The complication，mortality and union of fracture，especially the functional rehabilitation of limbs and joints were followed up.Results The fractures of all cases were union，except for a case whose right lower limb with severe injury were amputated because of osteomyelitis 3 months after emergency debridement and skeletal traction.No complication&nbs[1] [2] [3] [4] 下一页
