ALHP治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的初步体会 |

【摘要】 目的 探索老年性股骨粗隆间骨折新型内固定的治疗方法。方法 应用解剖型锁定钩板(anatomical type locked hookplate，ALHP)内固定系统治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折患者31 例。结果 31 例患者全部得到临床随访，随访时间8个月～2年，平均1.5年，Sanders评分标准优良率96.8％。结论 ALHP内固定系统设计合理，骨折复位优良，固定坚强稳定，保障早期功能锻炼，防止各种并发症的发生，极大地降低临床护理工作强度。

Preliminary Experience of ALHP for Treatment of Intertrochanteric Femoral Fractures in Aged Patients

Abstract：Objective To explore a new typical internal fixation system for treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures in aged patients.Methods 31 cases of intertrochanteric femoral fractures were treated with ALHP (Anatomical Type Locked Hookplate Internal Fixation System).Results All cases were got followedup from 8 months to 2 years and the average of time was one and a half years.According to the Sanders points standard，excellent and good rate reaches 96.8％.Conclusion ALHP (Anatomical Type Locked Hookplate Internal Fixation System) has many advantages such as reasonable designed，excellent fracturerestored，strong fixation，early exercise，preventing many complications and efficiently reducing clinical nurse works.
