关节镜下微创锁定加压钢板治疗膝关节周围骨折 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨应用关节镜技术加微创锁定加压钢板方法治疗膝关节周围骨折的疗效。方法 2006年8月至今采用关节镜监视下骨折复位加微创锁定加压钢板治疗膝关节周围骨折患者18 例。男11 例，女7 例；年龄32～83 岁，平均63.3 岁。致伤原因：车祸5 例，高处跌落4 例，自行摔伤7 例，其他2 例，均为闭合性骨折。其中胫骨平台骨折16 例，按Schatzker分型，Ⅰ型骨折7 例，Ⅱ型骨折4 例，Ⅲ型骨折5 例，股骨远端骨折2 例，均为股骨髁上骨折。18 例患者均获随访，对其近期及远期并发症进行记录统计，对膝关节功能疗效按Lysholm评分表评估，得出优、良、中、差的例数及优良率。结果 所有患者均无明显手术并发症，按Lysholm评分表评估膝关节功能，优15 例、良2 例、中1 例，优良率94.4％。结论 对于膝关节周围骨折患者，关节镜技术是一项有效的辅助治疗手段，加上微创技术与锁定加压钢板固定，膝关节周围骨折患者的治疗可以达到满意的疗效。
