group).Among them，there were 10 males and 5 females the mean age was 72 years ranging from 65 to 75 years.The average body mass index (BMI) was 23.5 kg/m2 ranging from 20.5 to 26.5 kg/m2.And the mean Harris score was 33.5.For comparison，another 15 cases of THA were performed through a standard posterolateral at the same period (standard group).The mean age，BMI and Harris score were similar to the MIS group.Operation time，blood loss，incision length，functional recovery，and prosthetic positionwere analysed and compared between the above two groups.Results These patients were followed up for average 8.2 months.The average incision length was 9.5 cm in MIS group，which is shorter than standard group.The difference was significant statistically (P＜0.05)；and amount of bleeding was (318±223.1) mL，The postoperative drainage was (252±169.1) mL，P＜0.05 in two groups.The operation time was similar in two groups.Functional recovery of MIS group was rapid than standard group at the early stage，but the functions of joint were similar in both groups six months after operation.Followup period after operation，the prosthesis position was good both in MIS and&nb 上一页 [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] 下一页
