阔筋膜移植治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂 |

【摘要】 目的 总结采用阔筋膜移植治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂的疗效。方法 对16 例患者采用阔筋膜移植修复陈旧性跟腱断裂并随访。结果 全部病例均经2～3年，平均28个月的随访，按Arner²Lindhohm评定标准判定，优12 例，良3 例，差1 例，临床优良率达93.8％。结论 阔筋膜移植治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂是一种效果较好的方法。

The Use of Fascia Lata Transplantation for Repairing Old Achilles Tendon Rupture

Abstract：Objective To sum up the results of the treatment of old Achilles tendon rupture repaired by the fascia lata transplantation.Methods The 16 cases of old Achilles tendon rupture were repaired by the fascia lata transplantation and followed²up.Results All 16 cases were followed up 2～3 years，average of 28 months，according to Arner²Lintholm′s evaluation criteria，the operation result of clinic excellent rate was 93.8％.Conclusion Using the fascialata transplantation is one of the best methods to treat the old Achilles tendon rupture.
