锁定加压钢板治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨并分析锁定加压钢板治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折的方法及临床疗效。方法 应用锁定加压钢板治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折24 例。结果 24 例均获得随访，平均随访8个月(6～12个月)，按Constant评分标准，优11 例，良9 例，中4 例，优良率83.3％。结论 锁定加压钢板治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折固定可靠，并发症少，疗效优良。

Trentment of Humerus Surgical Neck Fracture in Age with Locking Compression Plate

Abstract：Objective To discuss and analyse the therapeutic effect of humerus surgical neck fracture in age with locking compression plate.Methods There were 24 cases of humerus surgical neck fracture in age were treated by locking compression plate.Results All cases were followed up，the mean period were 8 months(from 6 months to 12 months).According to the Constant criteria，the results were excellent in 11 cases，good in 9 cases，fair in 4 cases，the rate of excellent and good was 83.3％.Conclusion Treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture in age with locking compression plate obtained reliable reduction，less complication，content therapeutic effect.
