老年不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的手术治疗 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨老年不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的各类手术疗效。方法 1999～2000年间对属于EvansⅢ～Ⅳ型及逆转子骨折的老年不稳定性转子间骨折59 例，分别行DCS、PFN股骨重建钉及人工关节置换等手术治疗，术后随访0.5～3年，平均14个月。结果 59 例无骨不愈合，按照黄公怡关节功能评价标准，优良率为86％。结论 正确选择老年不稳定性股骨转子间骨折手术方法，是减少并发症、提高生活质量的重要环节。

The Treatment of Unstable Intertrochanteric Fracture of the Femur in Elderly Patients

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of different surgery for unstable intertrochanteric fractuer of the femur in elderly patients.Methods Between 1999 and 2006，DCS PFN and reconstruction Interlocking nail to treat 59 old patients with Intertrochanteric fracture patients wer followed up For 0.5～3 years(14 months average).Results No nonunion of bone fracture in all patients According to the standard of HUANG Gongyi qualified joint function excellent of 86％.Conclusion Correct chince of surgery treatment for unstable Intertro Chanteric Fracture of the femur in elderly patientl decreased Complications and improve the patients living quality.
