浅论中长波紫外线照射治疗急性浅静脉炎 |

【摘要】 目的 评价紫外线与超短波治疗急性浅静脉炎的临床效果。方法 89例急性浅静脉炎患者分为紫外线照射组和超短波治疗组，紫外线组采用强红斑量照射，超短波组采用微热量，每日2次，每次15分钟。7天后观察疗效。结果 紫外线组和超短波组的治愈率分别为75％和46.34%，P <0.05；治愈的平均治疗天数分别为3.47±2.37天和6.7±3.16天，P <0.05，两者相比差异均有显著性。结论 紫外线照射治疗急性浅静脉炎治愈率高，尤以1次足量照射效果最好，经济、疗程短，操作方便，适合临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objectives:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of acute superficial phlebitis with ultravioet Irradiation and ultrashort wave therapy. Methods: 89 cases of acute Superfical phlebitis were randomly divided into two groups,one of which was treated with the ultraviolet irradiation of Superabundant erythema dose and the other was treated with ultrashort wave therapy. Two times of a day, 15 minutes of a time. Observation the Curative effect after seven days. Result: The Cure rate was 75% in the group of ultraviolet irradiation and 46.34% in the group of ultrashort wave rherapy. P <0.05.The average days of the cure was respectively 3.47±2.37days and 6.7±3.16 days, P <0.05.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups.
