电刺激隐神经不同纤维诱发丘脑束旁核电反应的研究 |

摘 要 目的和方法:实验用不同强度刺激隐神经,配合极化电流阻断技术分别引起A类纤维(Af)和C类纤维(Cf)传入丘脑束旁核的诱发电位,观察静脉注射吗啡(0.5 mg/kg)对A-PfEP和C-PfEP的影响。结果:A类纤维和C类纤维均可传入丘脑束旁核引起诱发电位,但两者潜伏期和幅值有明显差异。静脉注射吗啡,可使C-PfEP幅值明显衰减,潜伏期延长;而A-PfEP的幅值衰减不显著,潜伏期不延长。结论:C-PfEP与痛关系密切,可作为慢痛反应指标。 主题词 丘脑;诱发电位;神经纤维;吗啡
Studies of electrical stimulation of different fiber of saphenous nerve on the response of nucleus parafascicularis

Abstract AIM and METHODS:The saphenous nerve of cat was stimulated by different strengths and the A-fibers were blocked selectively by the polarizing current,so as to let C-fibers input transmit to CNS alone.The evoked potential was elicited by the A-fiber and C-fiber. The effect of intravenous injection of morphine on A-PfEP (evoked potential by A-fibers) and C-PfEP (evoked potential by C-fibers) was observed. RESULTS:After intravenous injection of morphine,the amplitude of C-PfEP reduced remarkably and the latency prolonged.However,A-PfEP had no significant changes.CONCLUSION:C-PfEP was closely related to pain sense and might become the index to show pain responses. 丘脑是痛觉转换的高级整合中枢,能接受和处理痛觉信息。外周神经中含有大量C类纤维(C-fibers, Cf),在信息传递尤其是痛觉传递中起着重要的作用。已有报道,Cf可以进入内侧丘脑和丘脑外侧核[1]。张香桐报道束旁核某些神经元对伤害性刺激能产生特殊的单位放电形式[2]。本文用电刺激隐神经配合阳极电流阻滞技术,分别引起A类纤维(A-fibers, Af)和Cf进入丘脑束旁核诱发特异的电反应,并观察两类诱发电位的特征及其与慢痛的关系,旨在揭示痛觉尤其是慢痛产生的中枢机制。
材料与方法 实验用家猫,体重1.5~3.0 kg,雌雄不限。静脉注射质量分数为1%氯醛糖(80 mg/kg)麻醉。动物麻醉后作气管切开并插管,然后将头固定在脑立体定位仪上(NS-1),于头顶正中线切开头皮,自枕骨大孔处切开第四脑室,引流脑脊液,以减少脑组织的搏动。然后开颅,暴露一侧丘脑束旁核所对应的大脑皮层,分离对侧隐神经,在外周端结扎并剪断之。于近中段依次放置铂丝双极刺激电极,银-氯化银阻断电极和铂丝双极引导电极,以分别作刺激神经、选择性阻滞Af传入和记录神经干复合动作电位之用。实验开始时,静脉注射质量分数为4%三碘季胺酚20 mg/kg制动,同时给予人工呼吸,动物直肠温度维持在(37±1)℃。 用充灌2%膀胺天兰溶液的玻璃微电极记录左侧束旁核的诱发电位,电极尖端直径约为1 μm,直流电阻1~5 MΩ。束旁核定位按Snider图谱。座标为P∶6.5~7.0[1] [2] 下一页 上一个医学论文: 听觉场景分析及其评价 下一个医学论文: 开颅减压治疗猫急性脑梗塞的实验研究
