某综合医院近4年抗感染药物使用动态分析 |

摘 要 目的： 了解某综合医院抗感染药物的使用情况及趋势， 为合理用药和科学管理提供参考依据。 方法： 以限定日剂量(Defined Daily Dose, DDD)为指标， 对该院1995～1998年抗感染药物的用药频度、 金额、 日用药金额情况及与剂型的关系进行分析。 结果： 四年来， 该院抗感染药物消耗金额逐年增长， 而占药品总费用的比例下降； 口服抗感染药物应用广、 费用低； 各类抗感染药物应用较稳定； 用药频度前20位多为口服制剂， 其日用药金额低于同年平均日用药金额。 结论： 该院抗感染药物应用广泛， 使用基本合理， 但仍存在少量不合理现象。 口服抗感染药物的日用药金额较低， 在预防用药及轻、 中度感染患者治疗中具有一定的经济效益。

Analysis of Usage of Anti-Infection Agents in a General Hospital

ABSTRACT To get information on the usage and tendency of anti-infection agents for ratio nal use of drugs and better management of clinical use of the medicines,the rel ationship among DDDs,sum,daily cost of drug and dosage forms was analyzed.Our re sults showed that the sum of anti-infection agents increased,but the ratio in t erms of total cost of all drugs decreased.The oral anti-infection agents were c heap and were extensively used.The usage of all sort of anti-infection agents w as stable.The top 20 agents are mostly oral ones and the daily cost of the agent s was lower than the average daily cost of the all anti-infection drugs of the same year.The results showed that anti-infection agents were extensively used a nd their use was basically rational,but ocasional irrational uses still exist.Th e daily cost of oral anti-infection agents was lower, suggesting that oral anti -infection agents is cheaper and effective in the prevention and treatment of m ild and moderate infection.

抗感染药物是目前临床应用最广泛的药物之一， 在医院中占药品总费用的30%～40%左右， 在某些地区甚至超过50%［1～5］。 为了解医院抗感染药物的应用情况及趋势， 为临床合理用药和科学管理提供重要的参考依据， 对某综合医院(该院属部属院校教学医院， 有1 500张床位， 门诊病人达2 500多人次/d， 具有一定代表性)1995～1998年抗感染药物的使用频率、 金额、 日用药金额等情况及与剂型的关系进行分析， 探讨如何经济、 合理地使用抗感染药物， 避免药物资源的浪费。
