大鼠骶尾腹内侧肌的运动神经分布 CB |

【摘要】 目的 通过研究Onuf核靶肌肉的神经分布特点,探讨在某些运动神经元疾病中,Onuf核及其靶肌肉功能不受影响的生理机制。 方法 应用CB-HRP逆行示踪技术及CB-胶体金逆行示踪结合CGRP免疫组织化学双标技术,观察了支配大鼠骶尾腹内侧肌的运动神经元在脊髓内的定位分布。 结果 首次发现该肌的神经分布方式与会阴肌的神经分布相同,即同时接受脊髓前角躯体运动神经元和Onuf核神经元的双重支配。其中有63.40%位于L6~S3前角的腹侧群,22.30%位于Onuf核的背外侧群,14.30%位于Onuf核的背内侧群。各核群内支配该肌的神经元约50%为CGRP阳性神经元。另外,支配该肌的上述两种运动神经元在L6~S3节段软脊膜处特定部位形成丰富的软脊膜下树突丛。 结论 实验证实了骶尾腹内侧肌不但是Onuf核最大的靶肌肉,而且支配该肌的运动神经元具有丰富的软脊膜下树突丛,从而为深入探讨Onuf核的神经化学以及神经病理学提供了新的研究范围。 【关键词】 骶尾腹内侧肌 神经分布 Onuf核 大鼠
INNERVATION OF MUSCULUS SACROCOCCYGEUS VENTRALIS MEDIALIS IN RAT——CB-HRP,CB-COLLOID GOLD COMBINED WITH CGRP IMMUNOCYTOCHEMISTRY DOUBLE-LABELED TECHNIQUE*

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mechanism of that Onuf s nucleus and its target muscles were not involoved in some motoneuronal diseases,the speciality of innervation in target muscle of Onuf s was studied.Methods Employing cholera toxin B-subunit combined horseradish peroxidase (CB-HRP) retrograde tracing technique and cholera toxin B-subunit combined colloid gold(CB-G)retrograde tracing with calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)immunohistochemical double-labeled staining technique,the innervation of musculus sacrococcygeus ventralis medialis(SCVM)in rats was studied.Results We found firstly that the SCVM was innervated by both somatic motor neurons of ventral group and Onuf s nucleus in ventral horn of the spinal cord,which is similar as perineal muscles,that means double innervation.In all of the labeled-cells,63.40% of which were located in ventral group of ventral horn of L6-S3,22.30% in dorsal lateral group and 14.30% in dorsal medial group of Onuf s nucleus.About 50% of neurons innervating SCVM were CGRP positive[1] [2] [3] 下一页 上一个医学论文: 雷公藤甲素对异种神经移植后神经再生的影响 下一个医学论文: 脊髓混合性胶质细胞机械损伤后的形态变化
