碘酸钾碘盐自然存放8年碘损失实验研究 |

摘要: [目的] 研究碘酸钾碘盐的稳定性。[方法] 取23份干混法生产的KIO3碘盐散装暴露在空气中常温常湿存放8年,用直接滴定法测定不同存放期碘盐的含碘量。[结果] 在22个月内共检测14次,经方差分析,F=0.06,P=1.00。第22个月碘下降0.3%(P=0.8453);32个月碘下降6.4% (P<0.01);36个月碘下降9.1%( P<0.01);60个月碘下降10.3%( P<0.01);84个月碘下降19.7%( P<0.01);96个月碘下降25.5%(P<0.01)。其中第36、54、60、84、96个月的存放期样品100%有程度不同的碘下降。碘下降率与其样品含碘量呈负相关。[结论] KIO3碘盐化学性质基本稳定,在碘盐商业流通周期内碘含量基本不变,建议将出厂盐、销售盐、用户盐含碘合格浓度统一定为≥40 mg/kg。 关键词: 碘酸钾; 碘盐; 自然存放; 碘损失 中图分类号: R 151.3; TS 365 文献标识码: A 文章编号:1007-2705(2000)04-0011-03
Experimental Study on Iodine loss in Natural Storage KIO3-iodized Salts during 8 Years

Abstract: [Objective] To study the stability of KIO3-iodized salts which were produced by dry mixed method and naturally stored between 0 and 96 months (8 years). [Methods] The iodine contents of the salts were tested by the method of direct titration in different periods. [Results] The iodine contents were basically no changing for 22 months. The iodine contents decreased respectively 6.4%, 9.1%, 10.3%, 19.7%, 25.5% on the 32nd, 36th, 60th, 84th and 96th month. There were a negative correlation between the rate of iodine decrement and iodine content in the sample. [Conclusions] The chemical quality of iodized salts is of stability and the contents are not changed basically in commercially circulated periods. This study has shown that a criterion of qualified iodine concentration, 40 mg/kg,may be used in the manufactory, market and at home. Key words: KIO3; iodized salts; natural storage; iodine loss
碘化钾(KI)碘盐的碘以碘离子(I-)形式存在,其I-容易升华,而湿法生产的KI碘盐其I-更易升华、挥发。碘酸钾(KIO3)碘盐中的碘以I5+形式存在,具有极高的稳定性[1],为国内外所推崇。为了进一步研究其稳定性,1991年3月,将23份KIO3碘盐散装暴露于空气中存放96个月,定期检测碘的损失情况,结果报告如下。
1 材料与方法
