【摘 要】 目的：探讨人格维度心向量图(VCG)横面T环顺钟向运行(顺转)及发生心脏神经官能症(CN)的关系。方法：采用Eysenck个性问卷评定了224例VCG横面T环顺转及发生CN者的气质特征。结果：VCG横面T环顺转及发生CN与情绪性气质特征相关显著，多血胆汁质是T环顺转及发生CN者的多见气质类型。结论：气质与VCG横面T环顺转及发生CN显著相关。

Analysis of Correlation between the Eysenck s Dimension of Personality and the Clockwise of Horizontal Plane T Loop in Vectorcardiogram with Cardiac Neurosis Patients

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the correlation between the personality dimension and the clockwise of horizontal plane T loop in vectorcardiogram (VCG) in patients with cardiac neurosis. Methods: A total of 224 cardiac neurosis patients with the clockwise of horizontal plane T loop in VCG were assessed with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire. Results: The correlation between the clockwise of horizontal plane T loop in VCG and the characteristics of emotional temperament in cardiac neurosis patients showed statistical significance. Sanguine-Choleric temperament was noted in the majority of cardiac neurosis patients with the clockwise of horizontal plane T loop in VCG. Conclusions: Temperament is closely correlated with the clockwise of horizontal plane T loop in VCG in cardiac neurosis patients.

新近研究发现，心向量图(VCG)横面T环顺转是少数正常人和心脏神经官能症(CN)患者具有的一种特异性表现【1-3】。本研究依据植物神经系统活动与气质因素相关学说【4】，对224例VCG横面T环顺转者进行了气质特征的测试，结果如下。
对象与方法
对象 所选病例均系我院1996～1998年门诊就诊者及住院病人。VCG横面T环顺转者，包括非CN组正常人(正常人组)122例，男性19例，女性103例，年龄18～52岁，平均32.5岁，其中大学及大学以上学历56例，中专高中学历66例；CN患者(CN组)102例，男性12例，女性90例，年龄19～51岁，平均35.2岁，其中大学及大学以上学历52例，中专、高中学历50例。对照组160例，为VCG横面T环逆钟向运行的正常人，男性26例，女性134例，年龄18～52岁，平均33.6岁，其中大学及大学以上学历74例，中专、高中学历86例。对象职业为学生、教师、干部、医务人员及工人。
疾病诊断以多次门诊或住院最后确诊为准。正常人为无症状、无体征、检查无阳性发现的[1] [2] 下一页
