中国图书分类号 R967 R392.4 摘 要 目的:为了探讨多抗甲素PAA与IL-2对骨髓移植(BMT)小鼠免疫功能重建的影响。 方法:用致死量照射的Balb/c小鼠移植同系小鼠骨髓细胞后, 分别给予PAA、IL-2或PAA+IL-2, 30 d后检查3组BMT小鼠免疫功能重建的情况。 结果:BMT后30 d,自然恢复小鼠免疫功能十分低下,但PAA及IL-2用药鼠脾细胞对丝裂原反应, 对SRBC特异的PFC数, 对同种异型小鼠脾细胞 DTH及MLR均明显高于移植对照组, 同时IL-2的产生能力也明显增强, 而PAA+IL-2组作用又明显强于PAA及IL-2单独用药组。结论:PAA及IL-2均能单独从多方面促进BMT后免疫功能重建,PAA+IL-2 则从多方面表现出一定的协同效应。 关键词 多抗甲素 骨髓移植 免疫重建
The combination of PAA plus IL-2 enhanced immunoconstitution of the lethally irradiated mice following syngeneic bone marrow transplantation

Abstract Objective:To explore the effect of PAA and IL-2 enhanced immunoconstitution of the lethally irradiated mice following syngeneic bone marrow transplantation. Methods: The lethally irradiated Balb/c mice were engrafted with syngeneic bone marrow cells, then were injected with PAA or IL-2 or PAA+IL-2, for 7 days. On the thirtieth day after BMT, The authors detected the immunological function of BMT mice. Results: On the thirtieth day after BMT, the immunological functions of the BMT mice were seriously deficient, but the recovery of the immunologic functions such as proliferation of splenocytes to ConA and mixed lymphocyte reaction to allogeneic cell, the DTH responsibility to C57BL/C cells, anti-SRBC PFC and the production of IL-2 by the splenocytes in the mice that treated single with PAA or IL-2 post BMT were markedly enhanced than that of BMT mice, and the recovery of immunologic functions were markedly accelerated in the BMT mice treated with PAA plus IL-2, when compared with that of the BMT mice injected with PAA or IL-2 alone. Conclusion: PAA and IL-2 can markedly enhanced immunoconstitution of BMT mice when be used alone,furthermore, while the two drugs were applied simutaneously , the coordinate role will be shown.
