肾上腺素对培养的大鼠表皮细胞增殖的影响 |

摘 要:目的 研究大鼠表皮细胞的增殖活性是否随肾上腺素浓度而变化。 方法 利用核仁组织者区银染法(AgNOR)配合图像分析观察了肾上腺素浓度在10-10mol/L~10-6mol/L范围内培养的大鼠表皮细胞增殖活性的变化。 结果 在上述浓度范围内,肾上腺素可明显抑制培养大鼠表皮细胞的增殖活性;分析了单位面积细胞核上染色颗粒的面积(AA)和单位面积细胞核上染色颗粒的数目(NA),与对照相比,P<0.01。参数AA在肾上腺素浓度为10-8mol/L处为最低值。 结论 肾上腺素在10-10mol/L~10-6mol/L范围内可明显抑制培养大鼠表皮细胞的增殖活性,以10-8mol/L的肾上腺素抑制作用最强。 关键词:表皮细胞;增殖;肾上腺素;核仁组织者区银染法(AgNOR) 分类号:Q253 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0529-1356(2000)01-39
EFFECT OF EPINEPHRINE ON PROLIFERATION OF CULTURED RAT EPIDERMAL CELLS

Abstract:Objective To study if variation of epinephrine concentration will result in the alteration in proliferation activity of rat epidermal cells. Methods Using silver-staining technique for nucleolar organizer regions(AgNOR) in conjunction with image to analyse the alteration in proliferation activity of cultured rat epidermal cells in the presence of epinephrine at the concentration between 10-10 mol/L-10-6mol/L Results At the concentrations examined epinephrine inhibited the proliferation activity of rat epidermal cells significantly. Two parameters were estimated, i.e., the area of staining granules per unit area of nucleus profile(AA) and the number of staining granules per unit area of nucleus profile(NA), and both resulted in the same consequence:in comparison with control, P<0.01, as indicated by t-test. The lowest value of AA was observed at 10-8mol/L of epinephrine concentration. Conclusion The epinephrine at the concentration of 10-10mol/L to 10-6mol/L can inhibit the proliferation activity of cultured rat epidermal cells significantly, and the epinephrine of 10-8 mol/L exhibited the highest inhibition effect.
