中国湖北汉族重症肌无力与HLA |

摘 要 目的和方法:探讨中国湖北汉族重症肌无力(MG) 患者与HLA-Ⅱ类等位基因的关联。利用PCR/SSP和PCR-RFLP技术对湖北地区91例MG患者进行 HLA-Ⅱ类(HLA-DRB1、DQB1和DPB1)基因型别分析,并与168例正常个体比较。 结果:患者组(1):HLA-DRB1*0901、DQB1*0303和DPB1*0501等位基因频 率明显高于对照组,RR值分别为4.12、3.04和3.01,P<0.01;(2)HLA-DPB1*0202 等位基因频率明显低于对照组,RR值为0.13,P<0.05。结论:中国 湖北汉族群体中MG与HLA-DRB1*0202、等位基因正关联,而与HLA-DPB1*0202等位基因呈 负关联,与白种人群相比,这种关联对中国湖北汉族MG病人来说是特有的。 主题词 重症肌无力; HLA抗原;基因表达
Association of HLA class Ⅱ (DRB1/DQB1/DPB1) alleles and myasthenia gravies in the Han nationality of Hubei province

Abstract:AIM:To investigate the association of polymorphism o f HLA class Ⅱ genes (DRB1/DQB1/DPB1) with myasthenia gravies(MG). METHODS:HLA class Ⅱ alleles of 91 patients with MG and that of 168 normal individuals of Han nationality of Hubei province were typed by using PC R/SSP and PCR/RFLP.RESULTS:(1) Gene frequencies of HLA-DRB1*090 1(RR=4.12, P<0.01), HLA-DQB10303(RR=3.04,P<0.01) and DPB1*0501(RR =1.22,P<0.01) are much higher in MG patients than in normal controls; (2) Gene frequencies of HLA-DPB1*0202(RR=0.12,P<0.05) are much lower in MG pa tients than in normal controls. CONCLUSION:There is a positive co rrelation between HLA-DRB1*0901、DQB1*0303、DPB1*0501 and MG. There is a nega tive correlation between HLA-DPB1*0202 and MG.
