矽肺患者血中一氧化氮和脂质过氧化水平的变化 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨一氧化氮、氧化、脂质过氧化与矽肺的关系。方法 检测73例矽肺患者和60例健康对照者血浆中一氧化氮(P-NO)、维生素C(P-VC)、维生素E(P-VE)、β-胡萝卜素(P-β-CAR)、过氧化脂质(P-LPO)及红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(E-CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(E-GSH-Px)、过氧化脂质(E-LPO)值。结果 与对照组比较,不同病情、不同肺功能状态患者组的P-VC、P-VE、P-β-CAR、E-SOD、E-CAT、E-GSH-Px平均值均显著降低,P-NO、P-LPO、E-LPO平均值均显著升高;各检测值与患病年限均有直线相关;逐步回归表明,病情、肺功能状态与P-NO、P-VE、E-SOD、E-LPO值相关最为密切。结论 矽肺患者体内一氧化氮代谢异常,氧化、抗氧化平衡严重失调,氧化和脂质过氧化反应病理性加剧。 【关键词】 矽肺 一氧化氮 脂质过氧化作用

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between nitric oxide, oxidation, lipoperoxidation and silicosis. Methods Blood plasma levels of nitric oxide (P-NO), vitamin C (P-VC), vitamin E (P-VE), β-carotene (P-β-CAR), lipoperoxidase (P-LPO), and erythrocyte activities of superoxide dismutase (E-SOD), catalase (E-CAT), glutathione peroxidase (E-GSH-Px) and lipoperoxidase (E-LPO) were measured in 73 patients with silicosis and 60 healthy subjects. Results The average levels of P-VC, P-VE, P-β-CAR, E-SOD, E-CAT and E-GSH-Px were significantly lower and the average levels of P-NO, P-LPO and E-LPO significantly increased in the silicosis with varied severity of the disease and lung function status more than in the controls. There was linear relationship between all the above indices and length of the disease. Stepwise regression analysis showed that the severity of the disease and lung function status correlated most closely with the levels of P-NO, P-VE, E-SOD and E-LPO.
