模拟失重大鼠脑血管周围肽能神经支配的可塑性变化 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨模拟失重是否可引起动脉血管周围神经支配发生可塑性变化。 方法 以尾部悬吊大鼠模型模拟失重时的血液动力学影响。以免疫组织化学(ABC-GDN)方法,观察对照(CON)、尾部悬吊4周(SUS-4)和恢复1周(REC-1)大鼠脑血管周围肽能神经的变化。 结果 与CON组比较,脑动脉上述神经在SUS-4组变得更清晰、染色更深,而在REC-1组纤维变得模糊且不连续。定量观察表明,上述几种神经纤维的密度在SUS-4组显著升高,以大脑前动脉为例,含NPY、含CGRP及含SP神经纤维的密度较CON组分别升高70%、78%及111%(P<0.01);而REC-1组各段血管,则有降低的趋势,但多未达到显著程度。 结论 脑动脉周围肽能神经对模拟失重引起的血液动力学改变颇为敏感,可发生支配增强的适应性变化;解除后,则先经历支配减弱阶段,再恢复至正常水平。 【关键词】 模拟失重;脑动脉;血管周围神经;神经肽Y;降钙素基因相关肽;P物质;大鼠 【中图分类号】 R852.22 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 0529-1356(2000)02-124
PLASTIC CHANGE IN DENSITY OF PERIVASCULAR PEPTIDERGIC NERVE FIBERS AROUND THE CEREBRAL ARTERIES OF RATS DURING SIMULATED WEIGHTLESSNESS AND ITS REVERSAL

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of the present study was to observe the plastic change of the innervation state of peptidergic nerve fibers around the cerebral arteries of rats during both simulated weightlessness and its reversal. Methods The tail-suspension rat model was used to simulate the hemodynamic effect of weightlessness. The innervation state of peptidergic nerve fibers supplying the cerebral arteries of control(CON),4-wk suspended(SUS-4), and 1-wk recovered(RE-1) rats were examined by the free-floating ABC-GDN immunostaining technique in whole mount preparations.
