【摘要】 目的 探讨支配腹部内脏器官的交感节后神经元在腹腔-肠系膜上神经节内的代表区。 方法 用HRP逆行标记法,显微镜描图仪做连续切片描图记录,计数标记细胞的面数密度,并经统计学处理。 结果 猫脾、胰、肾、十二指肠和空回肠交感节后神经元在腹腔-肠系膜上神经节内具有各自的集中分布区和分散分布区,亦即各自的局部定位区。支配脾的交感节后神经元集中区位于该节的左侧上部;支配胰的交感节后神经元集中区位于该节两侧的上中后部;支配左、右肾的交感节后神经元集中区位于该节的中下部的两侧;支配十二指肠的交感节后神经元集中区位于该节的右侧后上部;支配空回肠的交感节后神经元集中区位于该节的两侧中下部。支配上述各器官的交感节后神经元的分散区则分别位于其各自集中区的周围。 结论 腹腔-肠系膜上神经节内存在上述器官各自的功能代表区。 【关键词】 腹腔神经节;肠系膜上神经节;腹部器官;代表区;猫 【中图分类号】 R322.85 Q189 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 0529-1356(2000)02-120
REPRESENTATIVE REGION OF VISCERAL ORGANS OF ABDOMEN IN THE CELIAC-SUPERIOR MESENTERIC GANGLION

【Abstract】 Objective To explore representative region of sympathetic postgang lionic neurons innervating visceral organs of abdomen in the celiac-superior mesenteric ganglion. Methods Using retrograde transportable method of HRP,tracing was made with micro-tracing-instrument and the number of labeled cell in the celiac-superior mesenteric ganglion was counted with stereological method and statistically. Results The results indicated that concentrated region and scattered region of sympathetic postganglionic neurons of spleen,panceras,kidney,duodenum, jejunum and ileum were located respectively in celiac-superior mesenteric ganglion.The sympathetic postganglionic neurons of spleen were concentrated in the left upper region of celiac-superior mesenteric ganglion;those of pancreas were concentrated in upper middle posterior region;those of both kidney were concentrated in both side middle inferior region;those of duodenum were concentrated in right posterior upper region;those of jejunum and ileum were concentrated in middle inferior region.The scattered region of sympathetic postganglionic [1] [2] 下一页 上一个医学论文: 二甲基甘氨酸对脊髓神经元的作用 下一个医学论文: 胶质细胞源性神经营养因子在成年大鼠背根节分布的免疫组织化学研究
