十株产色素非O1群霍乱弧菌的发现与研究 |

【摘要】 目的 研究产色素非O1群霍乱弧菌在水源水中的分布、生物学性状及其致病性。方法 在本地主要饮用水源设点、采样、培养致病性弧菌。分离、鉴定该菌过程中用营养琼脂斜面代替双糖铁琼脂取得良好效果。结果 1994~1997年在水源水中相继检出10株产色素的革兰阴性弧状菌,经形态学、培养特性、生化学、血清学的系统鉴定,均符合非O1群霍乱弧菌的定义,动物实验等显示其有较强毒力。结论 因该菌在碱性胆盐琼脂、营养琼脂斜面和血琼脂上培育后能产生水溶性褐色色素,故命名为产色素非O1群霍乱弧菌。 【关键词】 水污染 弧菌,霍乱
Discovery of Ten Strains of Non-O1 Vibrio Cholerae Pigmentogens

【Abstract】 Objective To study the distribution of non-O1 Vibrio cholerae pigmentogens in water and its biological characteristics and pathogenicity. Methods Samples were collected from local source of drinking water and cultured for pathogenic V. cholerae. Non-O1 V. cholerae was isolated and identified with nutrient agar slant instead of KIA. Results Ten strains of V. cholerae producing pigment with negative Gram s stain were detected in the source water in Lu an Prefecture, Anhui Province during 1994 to 1997, which could all met the definition of non-O1 V. cholerae in morphology, cultural characteristics, biochemistry and serology. with systematic identification. Animal experiments showed that it had strong virulence. Conclusion These strains of V. cholerae cultured in basic cholate agar, nutrient agar slant and blood agar could produce brown pigment, so it was called non-O1 V. cholerae pigmentogens. 【Key words】 Water pollution Vibrio cholerae
非O1群霍乱弧菌(non-O1 v.cholerae)是一类致病性微生物,近年来国内外学者关于该菌引起腹泻和食物中毒的报告日益增多[1~4],1992年以来非O1群霍乱弧菌O139在东南亚部分国家的流行更为世人所瞩目[5]。自1994年以来我们在调查水源水中致病性弧菌分布规律的过程中,先后分离到10株产色素非O1群霍乱弧菌,并对其形态学、培养特性、生化学和血清学等生物学性状进行了一系列研究。
材料与方法
1.标本来源:在本地主要饮用水源设6个采水点,每点上、中、下分别间隔100 m取水样送检,每月1次分离培养致病性弧菌。 2.材料:碱性胨水、碱性胆盐琼脂、营养琼脂和斜面、血琼脂均自制;4号琼脂系浙江省卫生防疫站产品;TCBS琼脂、克氏双糖铁琼脂(KIA)、药敏试纸为上海市医学化验所提供;弧菌抑制剂O/129纸片(每片含10 μg和150 μg两种)、非O1群霍乱弧菌诊断血清18个群89个血清型系中国药品生物制品检定所生产,在有效期内使用。
