ned similar major bands and some bands were unique to strain 017 or Lai. C
onclusions It suggests that changes of structural gene of hydrophobic
OMPs might result in changes of virulence,pathogenicity and immunoge
nicity of different genera and species of Leptospira. The hydrophobic
OMP of 39kD was one of the common protein antigen in L.interrogans and mi
ght be important for screening virulent genes,immunoprotective anti
gens and identification of Leptospria.

钩端螺旋体(钩体)是一种古老的微生物，在进化中属真菌的一个分支。据国际钩体命
名委员会1988年公布的分类结果〔1〕，钩体分为二个属，即钩体属和细丝体属。钩体属又
分为致病性问号状钩体和非致病性双曲钩体二个种；细丝体属是非致病菌，现有伊利尼细丝
体和短小细丝体两个种。大量的研究已表明，不同种属钩体在形态，化学组成，蛋白质和核
酸的结构上存在差异，而蛋白结构的异同直接影响其毒力、致病性和免疫原性。所以，有关
钩体外膜蛋白的研究一直是国内外学者研究的热点。但是，由于钩体形态特殊，结构复杂，
因此，至今尚未见有关钩体种属特异性的毒力蛋白、免疫原及保护性抗原的报道。
本研究用TX-114抽提10株不同种属钩体的疏水外膜蛋白，首次对其分子特征和抗原性
进行比较研究，为钩体共同的毒力基因、免疫保护性抗原及分类鉴定的研究提供科学依据。
材料与方法
1.钩端螺旋体：钩体属问号状钩体(L.interrogans)种黄疸出血群(Serogroup Ic
terohaemorrhagiae)赖型017株、赖株；犬群(Serogroup Canicola)犬型Hond U
trechtⅣ株；秋季群(Serogroup Autumnalis)秋季型临4株；流感伤寒群(Serogro
up Grippotyphosa)流感伤寒型临6株，澳洲群(Serogroup Australis)澳洲型620
株；波摩拿群(Serogroup Pomona)波摩拿型109株；七日热群(Serogroup Hebdoma
dis)七日热型245株。双曲钩体(L. biflexa) patoc型Patoc 1株；细丝体属伊利尼细丝
体(Leptonema illini)3055株。以上菌株均由卫生部成都生物制品研究所菌苗室提供。
