上皮生长因子受体与非小细胞肺癌肿瘤免疫及转移的相关关系 |

摘 要 目的与方法: 采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白——过氧化物酶连结法(LSAB)免疫组化和图象定量分析技术检测50例非小细胞型肺癌 (其中伴有淋巴结转移者32例, 不伴转移者18例)上皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达。 结果:EGFR表达与肿瘤间质淋巴细胞浸润(TIL)呈负相关(P<0.01),EGFR高表达时,TIL浸润少,肺癌的转移率高(83%)。EGFR的表达与肺癌的组织类型明显相关(P<0.05),但与肺癌的分化程度与转移无相关。结论:肿瘤细胞内EGFR的表达程度与体内肿瘤免疫机能密切相关,二者共同影响肺癌细胞的生长、分化和转移。 主题词 癌, 非小细胞肺; 上皮;生长物质;淋巴细胞,肿瘤浸润
Correlations of EGFR to neoplasm immunity and non-small cell lung cancer metastases

Abstract AIM and METHODS: The expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in 50 cases of non-small cells lung cancer cells (32 had node metastases and others without ) was examined by means of labeled streptoaviodin-brotin complex (LSAB) immunohistochemical technic, image analysis. RESULTS: Correlations were found between EGFR expression and histological types (P<0.05), but the expression of EGFR in lung cancer had no correlation with its differeniation, and had significant negative correlation with tumour infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) (P<0.01), while EGFR expression was high the node metastatic percentage was 83% TIL was much less. CONCLUSION: The expression of EGFR was closely correlated with immuno-system in vivo, they both had effects on growth, differentiation , and metastasis of cancer cells. 上皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR)是由原癌基因c-erb B-1编码的跨膜糖蛋白的受体。EGFR胞内片段具有蛋白酪氨酸激酶活性,能使细胞内微环境发生变化,导致核内原癌基因c-fos、c-myc表达来刺激细胞生长、增殖[1, 2]。肿瘤转移与EGFR表达相关[3~5]。为了探讨EGFR表达与肿瘤免疫以及肿瘤转移之间的关系,用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白——过氧化物酶连结法(labeled streptoaviodin-brotin comlex, LSAB)免疫组化和图象定量分析技术,对伴有淋巴结转移和不伴淋巴结转移的50例非小细胞肺癌进行EGFR的表达检测,同时检测这些非小细胞肺癌标本的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(tumour infiltrating lymphocytes, TIL),探讨EGFR与人类肺癌转移的关系及其相关机制。
