考试应激对大学生脂质过氧化反应的影响 |

【摘 要】 目的:探讨考试应激对大学生脂质过氧化反应的影响。方法:采用硫代巴比妥酸比色法,测定60名,19—22岁,健康男生,在考试期间及其前后,尿液丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,并进行统计分析。结果:受试学生考试前后不同状态尿液MDA含量有显著差异(P<0.01,F=666.1269)。考后即刻尿液MDA含量(1.3370±0.2275nmol/L)>考前即刻(1.3240±0.2827nmol/L)>基础状态(1.2995±0.2834nmol/L)>事后状态(1.2500±0.3700nmol/L),(P<0.01,q=7.0011~46.8535)。结论:考试应激对学生尿液的MDA有明显影响。尿液MDA可作为衡量心理应激状态的生化指标。 【关键词】 考试应激 脂质过氧化 丙二醛 大学生
Effects of Exam Stress on Lipid Peroxidation in Undergraduates

【Abstract】Objective: To study the effects of exam stress on lipid peroxidation in undergraduates. Methods: A total of 60 healthy male undergraduates aged 19-22 years old were sampled from a medical college and their levels of urine malondialdehyde were measured by the colorimetric method with thibabituric acid reagent before and after exam. Results: The levels of urine malondialdehyde in tested undergraduates showed significant difference before and after exam (p<0.01, F=666.1269). The level after exam half hour later (1.3370±0.2275nmol/L)was higher than that before exam (1.3240±0.2827 nmol/L), basic status (1.2995±0.2834 nmol/L) and post-state 2 days later(1.2500±0.3700 nmol/L) respectively. Conclusions: Exam stress have statistical significant effect on the level of urine malondiadehyde in undergraduates. And the MDA of urine can act as a biochemical index for assessing the psychological stress. 【Key words】exam stress lipid peroxidation malondialdehyde (MDA) undergraduates▲
众多研究表明,考试是大学生学习、生活中的较大应激事件,对其心理及生理造成一定影响[1-6]。人体脂质过氧化与抗氧化机制与人类生理,病理过程密切相关[7]。但对应激状态下,人体脂质过氧化和抗氧化系统的相应变化,目前尚鲜见研究。为了研究考试应激对学生脂质过氧化和抗氧化机制可能产生的影响,我们于1999年上半年期末考试前后,动态测定60名大学生尿液丙二醛(MDA)的含量,报告如下:
对象和方法
