【摘要】 目的 检测精子膜抗原SA-30对小鼠子宫内诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)含量及分布的影响,从而了解SA-30的抗生育机制。 方法 SA-30免疫雌性昆明小鼠后,应用免疫组织化学方法,对子宫内的iNOS进行了检测。结果 SA-30免疫后对间情期小鼠子宫内的iNOS没有明显影响,无论是免疫组还是对照组,在子宫内膜基质中均有大量阳性细胞分布,两者无明显差异;在妊娠第3d时,对照组的小鼠子宫中有较多iNOS表达,阳性标记主要集中在内膜上皮及固有膜中的子宫腺上,经SA-30免疫的小鼠子宫中,iNOS表达则显著减少,整个内膜标记极弱,只在子宫肌层内有少量iNOS阳性细胞分布。 结论 SA-30可能通过使妊娠早期小鼠子宫内iNOS表达显著减少,而影响小鼠胚胎植入及早期胚胎的发育。 【关键词】 SA-30;诱导型一氧化氮合酶;免疫组织化学;子宫;小鼠 【中图分类号】 Q954.4 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 0529-1356(2000)03-271
THE CHANGES OF iNOS IN MOUSE UTERUS INDUCED BY SA-30

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the antifertility mechanism of SA-30 by detecting the changes of iNOS in mouse uterus. Methods After being immunized with SA-30, the iNOS in mouse uterus was detected by immunohistochemical methods. Results In dioestrous mice, many iNOS+ cells were found in the stroma of endometrium. There was no obvious differences between the immunized mice and the control mice. In the uterus on 3 day of pregnancy, however, there was obvious difference about the iNOS quantity in uterus between the immunized and the control mice. There was strong positive reaction on the epithelia of endometrium and the endometrial gland in the lamina propria in control mice, while the staining of iNOS in the uterus of SA-30 immunized mice was very weak, only a few of iNOS+ cells were observed in the myometrium. Conclusions SA-30 may impair the implantation and development of early mouse embryos by leading to the reduction of iNOS in uterus. 【Key words】 SA-30; iNOS; Immunohistochemistry; Uterus; Mouse
