Fos蛋白在血管加压素诱发急性心肌缺血大鼠脑内的分布 |

【摘要】 目的 研究与急性心肌缺血功能有关的神经元在大鼠脑内的分布。 方法 股静脉注射血管加压素诱发大鼠急性心肌缺血,用免疫组织化学ABC法,观察Fos蛋白在脑内的表达和分布。 结果 Fos阳性产物分布于梨状皮质、伏核、终纹床核、扣带回、斜角带核、下丘脑室旁核、视上核、视交叉上核、弓状核、中央杏仁核、穹窿下器、丘脑室旁核、外侧缰核、中脑中央灰质腹外侧区、脑桥臂旁外侧核、蓝斑、延髓内脏带等脑区,而在大脑白质及小脑中无明显的密集分布区。 结论 心肌缺血诱发的Fos阳性神经元在大鼠脑内有着广泛的分布。 【关键词】 Fos蛋白;心肌缺血;血管加压素;免疫组织化学;大鼠 【中图分类号】 R322.81 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 0529-1356(2000)04-296
DISTRIBUTION OF FOS PROTEIN IN RAT BRAIN FOLLOWING ACUTE MYOCARDIOISCHEMIA INDUCED BY VASOPRESSIN

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution of functional neurons in rat brain following acute myocardioischemia. Methods The expression of Fos protein in rat brain following acute myocardioischemia induced by injecting vasopressin into vena femoralis was studied by the immunohistochemical ABC method. Results The Fos reactive products were distributed in the piriform cortex,accumbens nucleus,bed nucleus of stria terminalis, cingulate gyrus,nucleus of diagonal band, hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus, supraoptic nucleus, suprachiasmatic nucleus, arcuate nucleus, central amygdaloid, subfornical organ, paraventricular thalamic nucleus, lateral habenular nucleus,ventrolateral part of the central gray,lateral parabrachial nucleus,locus ceruleus,medullary visceral zone.No extensively distribution of Fos protein was found in the white matter and the cerebellum. Conclusion The Fos reactive neurons were distributed extensively in the rat brain during acute myocardioischemia induced by intravenous injection of vasopressin. 【Key words】 Fos; Myocardioischemia; Vasopressin; Immunohistochemistry;Rat
